Cone Health Urgent Care at Grandover Village

This is the best treatment and care I have ever received at an Urgent Care. After a primary care visit, and an emergency room visit, I was finally tended to accordingly by the team here. Was warmly welcomed with compassion by the front desk. Was sitting for less than 3 minutes when I was brought in for swelling of the mouth, tounge and throat. Christina was an amazing nurse. She was very attentive and boy can she type. Very focused on relieving the symptoms I was having. Carley was just as amazing. She was prepared and had previewed my chart and was able to put me on a regimine of medication that has kept me comfortable and in a space where I can relax and heal. It was very easy to make an appointment online. The office was immaculate. Everyone there was kind. I was seen right on time. The PA was very thorough and discussed my treatment plan with me. It was a very good experience.

Get first time experience. I went in and got out! Docs were very nice and front desk staff were amazing. Thank you for confirming what I needed to know so I can get better. Check them out if you ever need urgent care. I’m overly satisfied with visit and care while there.

Super quick, super friendly service. I didn't feel like just another person to the staff which was wonderful. Everyone was so kind. In and out in less than 45 mins!

I HATE going to a doctor’s appointment but Danita made my experience better!! She was so sweet and greeted me with a warm smile. She made me less anxious and the wait time was also super short!! I will be coming back
