My brother has been a patient here for 3 years, and every single time we come in for an appointment there is always someone rude at the front desk. My father went to do a check in this morning, and the lady spoke to him very rudely since the beginning. She then started yelling at my father "IT WAS YESTERDAY". We completely understand we missed our appointment and it was an honest mistake because we even received a message saying it was today at 11am. Even if we missed our appointment this woman did not have the right to yell at my father. She yelled 4 times repeating that we missed our appointment. My daughter has been a patient here for 15 years. We have never had an issue of ANY kind. Loved Dr Hickling. Love Tina Goodpasture. In the last few weeks I have had two issues with a nurse named Sierra . She is rude , speaks over me, won’t allow me to ask questions and sincerely does not care. She has told me I have been doing refills and school paperwork wrong for 15 years.( I asked if the policies have changed )And today I asked her if she was being so rude because of our last interaction. Called office regarding my son who was a patient. Called from 8am to 8:20 and automatically sent to after hours voicemail when the office opens at 8am. Left a message with the receptionist for the on call nurse or doctors that I needed desperately to be returned. Sent follow up emails and there was no response from the office.

Terrible. I’ve been back and forth with office staff for over two months trying to have my daughters records sent to two other facilities. They claimed they never received my requests, and then finally it was discovered that someone there had given me the wrong email to send the referral request form to. I’d go elsewhere for care since they don’t seem to take your child’s health seriously.

The office staff was wonderful. My biggest issue was the Doctor. We took our toddler to initial appointment and discussed with that doctor issues we are having with our toddler. One of the issues was that our toddler does not sleep through the night, the immediate thing this doctor says is " Let me put a prescription in." That is 100 percent UNACCEPTABLE! We are in a state of crisis pretty much with prescription addiction and this is a good reason to why.Not only that I felt that the issues we discussed were not properly talked about and was told we cant help with it. Ok fine then maybe have some resources on hand to help thats why we came we needed help. He did not seem to want to help us just take our money and push us out the door.
