I was not impressed with this PT site 11 years ago and tried it again this year again. I could only conclude this site should be on my blacklist forever. I don't think Amy knows how to treat and even care to treat. From the first visit, she already caused a bad flareup, then denying that had anything to do with her to last section of blaming my body as 'just easy to flare up." Apparently, she is the kind of med professional does not know how to tailor treatment plan or regimen into patient's conditions. I doubt if they also know how to use ultrasound therapy correctly, even I have discussed the right intensity and frequency for me. It usually left with pin prick feeling for a couple of days. What a great place to have Rehab after a total knee replacement. The physical therapists really work you hard to help you meet your goals for movement after surgery. I started with Kristen for the first 3 weeks and she motivated me to push through the pain and encouraged me to continue trying to do what felt impossible at times. Then I worked with Michael and Mona for the last few months and I can’t say enough good things about them. They are exceptional PTs who have creatively helped me get my range of motion when I was stuck. They care about their patients and believe that you will progress. I took my mom here couple of times before. This time was extra special. My mom loved the physical therapist name Katie. She is very knowledgeable, very helpful, and very nice. My mom felt instant relief after Katie showed her the workout. My mom requested for her already for her next appointment lol.
