Reece was amazing!!!! I can not stress enough how much he helped me today! Ever since the car wreck I’ve been in constant steady pain. Childbirth gives you a high pain tolerance but it’s been a steady 4 throughout. Reece did a deep tissue massage before I started my exercises and I instantly felt better! I was actually able to fully move my shoulder for the first time in 2 weeks. Thank you so much Reece for helping me and I look forward to continuing to work with you! My therapist was knowledgeable about my problem with my back! She sent me home with some stretching exercises! Everyday I did the exercises and then I would go to the gym and workout! Later in the day I noticed I didn't have any pain in my back! Exercise always seemed to make it ache! But now I'm stretching before I go to the gym, no pain at all! Problem solved!
