Very unprofessional, when you do everything your doctor tells you. Then with back issues once before putting you out a month. Would not recommend this doctor. I would finding another doctor. PA acting very unprofessional while in the room. When shots are working then they say they are not. What’s the use of staying with this doctor. Surgeon that the doctor wanted you to see also recommended no surgery because injections are working. My wife suffers with her back and just out of the blue the PA says shots are not working. When they are working it’s cruel to just say no more shots that are helping.Recommend you do your homework when looking for doctors who care about the patient. .It’s totally useless to make a complaint when we have already found another doctor. It’s a waste of time because

I have had ongoing knee pain for at least the last 2 years following my total knee replacement. Since prior treatments did not eliminate my pain, I was recently referred to Dr. Brooks at Greensboro Cone Health Orthopedic Center/Sports Medicine for evaluation. Dr. Brooks was excellent in taking a very logical approach to diagnose and treat my knee. He perform diagnostic testing and included me in every decision to help remedy my issue. During the evaluation and following treatments, he even determined a possible secondary problem that could be contributing to the knee pain. For the first time within this 2-year period, I finally felt like I was being taken care of by a caring medical professional. I highly recommend Dr Brooks because he was so knowledgeable, caring and very pleasan

Completely unfair to treat patients this way. As soon as you walk out the door you are forgotten and God help you if you have a question. You are placed into a phone loop of Hell that goes nowhere and emails are also ignored. I will never go here again. Disappointed is an understatement. The shot I received for plantar fasciitis didn’t work either and when I inquired 72 hours later as to why, I was told to ice it. That certainly didn’t work either but I knew by then I was nothing more than a number. I was also double billed and can’t get anyone to answer phones or emails. What a joke.

I have been in this office twice and the staff from the front desk to Dr. Agarwala have been great. Very friendly and ha Have gone out of the way to make me feel comfortable
