Unfortunately my husband’s appointment started off less than favorable. We arrived with the emailed instructions but there was no floor listed to report to so we followed the signs to floor 2, followed “check in” and entered the room. My husband went to the desk and was asked to sit in the waiting room and she would get to us shortly. While we waited, the front desk associate kept her phone on speaker, where a nurse read off a patient’s MRN # and the entire conversation was loud enough for the us to hear. (One other patient in the room) We were a little off put that we hadn’t been checked in so my husband approached the desk and said he’d like to confirm he was in the correct place. Surprise! Dr. Nancy Mcgreal performed an endoscopy and colonoscopy on me on 12/1/2025. She was knowledgeable of my current issues and extremely professional. Speaking with her was like talking with a concerned family member. She found several sessile polyps which are routinely missed during routine colonoscopys due to their appearance and I am very grateful that she was my physician. My last vision before falling to sleep was her standing in front of me with her hands together in front of her as she calmly and respectfully waited for me to drift off. A true professional and I could not be more pleased with the care I received from Dr. Mcgreal and staff at Lebauer Gastroenterology. I highly recommend this facility and Dr. Mcgreal.

My doctor sent in two referrals to them but evidently they're to busy dissatisfying everyone else to call me to contact me. My doctor told me don't worry THEY will contact you, yeah right. After reading all the reviews I can understand the low rating so maybe I'm better off. Would hate to think what I would go through during a colonoscopy. Goin' somewhere else.

Does anyone EVER answer the phone at this place? My PCP sent in a referral to them for me to have a colonoscopy. They sent me a message to call them. I have called numerous times over the past week and always put on hold for 10-15 minutes until I have to hang up.

They are so nice polite they explain everything to you like my doctor dr. Dorsey is my doctor love her the whole staff when you walk in the door they are very nice and polite
