Long-Time Patient, Deeply Disappointed My every 6 month infusion was canceled the morning it was scheduled for because this site sent my prior authorization to the wrong place—even though my insurance card clearly says where to send it. I know this because my insurance representative told me, and my health advocate reiterated the same thing. I have been dealing with them for 5 years because of a stoke.Proplem I can never get my prescriptions in time. It has been two weeks without meds. The pharmacy did give me a five day supply to give the doctor time. Still nothing. Good vibes, bad tides 😔

I saw Dr Camara at Cone Neurological Associates for neuropathy, body moving on its own after waking (seizures maybe), dizziness and blurred vision. All of this is new as of 4 months ago and I have never had any major health problems other than high blood pressure. I was at my wits end when I showed up today- I have extinguished all other avenues (3 ER visits, an ear/nose/throat doctor, 2 nurse practitioners, and 3 urgent care doctors). I thought I would FINALLY get answers but wasent too optimistic….and I was correct. The doctor didn’t do a physical exam at all- nothing- none what so ever, which I thought was weird- I dunno.. maybe look for clues with vision, maybe do a feel test of sorts for my neuropathy, or look at my spine. He went IMMEDIATELY to talking about pills. An antidepressant

From the check in to the checkout you couldn't ask for better care. Everyone had a smile on their face and compassion for what they do. The level of comfort they provide and the concern they show is unmatched. Highly recommend this practice and will make sure they know how much they are appreciated! Jessica and Olivia have been providing speech therapy to my adult son who has Down Syndrome. They have been awesome and have helped him (and me) so much!!! Everyone from them to the receptionists have been positive and friendly. It has been such a successful experience and so glad we decided to try speech therapy again.
