The absolute worst experience I've had in the health care industry. I told them intimate and personal details of my life to get a proper diagnosis, only for them to immediately gossip and belittle me the moment they stepped out of the room. I heard very negative things and consistent laughing and snickering with my name and said intimate information mentioned in their conversation. Extremely unprofessional environment, I would never recommend this location to anyone and I will never be back. I feel extremely hurt, taken advantage of, and belittled. They need to learn what patient confidentiality means. Dr. Yoon is exempt from my experience and provided good care.

I had the greatest service at this facility. Everyone was very helpful and kind. Shame on you Adele Parker.
