Happy Valentines Day to the most loving kind, caring and compassionate team of nurses, cnas, respiratory staff and Doctors on the 7th floor as well as the clerks housekeeping, maintenance crew and front desk people who meet and greet those who enter the Concourse. I am forever grateful and beyond blessed to have found a place for my husband where he has skilled qualified professionals who are invested in the care of not only my husband Sean but all the residents especially the 7th floor where he has been for nearly two years. I can go home after visiting my husband knowing without a doubt he is being properly taken care of in every way by a team of people who care and are passionate about what they do for the patients they serve. Hello my cousin is in Concourse Rehab Nursing Center and although it hurts me to see her there she is very happy to be there. She socializes with the staff and loves to hear the music. The food is excellent especially the Ox Tail they make, which me cousin loves. The kind treatment from the staff is wonderful. They take very good care of the clients that live there and they respect and honor the clients request. I always go unannounced and never have I seen mistreatment or disrespect. The security is impeccable which is what I love. I am happy my cousins choose this facility.

This rehab/nursing home is 10 minutes from my house. My sister was there for rehab short term🫰🏾🫰🏾🫰🏾. They took very good care of her and she came home yesterday. The facility is a hidden gem. The whole staff goes above and beyond and the facility is very clean. If you need to put your love one someplace for long or short term care, I highly recommend it.

My grandmother is currently staying at this nursing home, and I’m really happy with how well they take care of her. The staff treats her with kindness and respect, and the place is always very clean and well-kept. It gives me peace of mind knowing she’s in a safe and comfortable environment.

I am a registered nurse and work for an insurance company. I come to this facility a few times a year to do assessments on their residents, and I have to admit that staff is always polite and professional. The facility is clean and decorated for every upcoming holiday. I never heard any complaints from their residents during my assessments. The staff make residents feel "at home."
