This pharmacy is hands down the best! 10/10. Im chronically ill with over 20+ medications, plus doctor’s appointments 3-5 times a week. Medical burnout is real and at other pharmacies I just didn’t have the energy to deal with more problems (medicine being out, lost meds, missing pills). This pharmacy and the entire staff makes it feel like I’m not picking up meds but instead visiting friends. They welcome you with a smile, are accommodating to those with disabilities, are respectful of mobility aids and service dogs. Honestly they are the only medical professionals I feel truly make you feel heard and seen. They handle any problems with prescriptions right then and there, answer any and all questions with clear and educated answers, and their personalities/ customer service is beyond wha

After having multiple issues at the ig name pharmacies because I have two insurances, I transferred my prescriptions here after being referred by my sister. She was right! Anna and the staff were on top of it. I didn't have any problems with them running both. Most of my meds are on auto refill and are always on time. I haven't run out of anything, and that used to be what happened at other pharmacies. They care! You're not treated like just another patient/customer. Anna knows my name! I have only had to wait one time and that was only about 5 minutes because the staff was taking care of another patient. I don't mind any waiting because they were making sure they attended to our needs. Live the love and care of Anna and her staff!

I'm fortunate I found Anna the owner of Concord pharmacy and surgical pharmacy. I Will not use the big stores like CVS or Walgreens because they don't know who You are no matter how long you've been using Them for something as Important as your medication. I prefer hometown pharmacies This pharmacy is mine and I will stay with them because they know me when I call & will take The time to help You with getting your medication to you with delivery. At this pharmacy You can Also purchase over the counter products over the phone and have them delivered to you. Covid injections with boosters. I'm happy with Them...

Best pharmacy ever. I will never go back to a corporate pharmacy! Every time I needed my Rx refilled I would dread the thought of having to deal with Walgreens, they treat you poorly and couldn’t care less about what you need. Ever since I switch to this pharmacy it has been so much less anxiety and stress. Anna is so sweet and cares about her customers!

Been using this pharmacy for a long time. This place is way better than the big box stores like CVS.
