Dr. Tanner and Dr. Roberts were incredibly patient and understanding with our dog, Bear. During a very stressful time, they were amazing with his care and took the time to clearly and thoughtfully explain his test results. We never felt rushed and truly felt supported. My husband and I love coming here and are so grateful for the compassion and knowledge they show to both pets and their owners.

We took our kitten to Concord Parkway Animal Hospital and saw Dr. Tanner, and we had a great experience. Dr. Tanner was patient, thorough, and genuinely caring. He took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made sure Josie was comfortable throughout the visit. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the whole appointment felt calm and well organized. We left feeling confident and well taken care of. Kindness and obvious caring for animals, from Dr. Tanner and all the staff. They make you feel welcome and show respect for you and your pet. They patiently address any concerns or questions in detail with you …they are a great team! The facility is very clean and orderly also. 5 Stars all around 😊👏

They take excellent care for our two cats Nemo and Giuseppe. If we have even the smallest concern they take care of it with no judgment.

Very friendly and professional staff. Dr. Tanner is very gentle with our little dog who can be nervous and very wiggly. He takes his time to address my questions or concerns. The waiting time is very reasonable.
