Concentra Urgent Care

Front desk person was very kind and helpful with any and all questions. Wait after check-in was longer than expected for how early in the morning it was (8:30am on a Friday) but not excessively so. The person who took my test was very friendly, thorough, and informative. I would highly recommend the Andover Concentra location to others I know!

This staff does good work for the blue collar. I've been injured for over 8 years at the work place. I been seen by dr godbout 30 times in the last ten years. Where ever he goes, I seem to find him. Launa is so amazing with her swagger and personality. She makes you relax and always shows compassion. These people at this clinic want to help the community and fight the bullshit that injured employees have to put up with. This place is understaffed at times that's the only negative. Waits often can be +35 mins so get in early. Everyone is very respectful

I was sent by work to get my testing done here and this place is always so quick and friendly. I especially want to thank my nurse or MA Peyton who I saw that day, she’s really friendly, kind, patient, and professional. I was there for a while but every patient that came through she handled all situations with the same care. Concentra Tukwila is a great place to go to if you need to get your medical or drug test done for work. Highly recommend these guys. Thanks Peyton for your care! ☺️

It was a great experience with Dr Godbout. The personnel administration and the nurse were so friendly and kind. They were calling the patient so quick we don’t have to wait hours as in Concentra in 38th at Tacoma Location. This was good good experience.

First time going to Concentra urgent care. The front desk staff were friendly and professional. They were very quick to check me in for a walk in appt. It was a short wait time before I got seen. The medical assistant, Ney, was very thorough when explaining the pre-procedure instructions, which made me feel confident that I was in the right hands. Because of her kind and calm demeanor, I felt less anxious during my appointment I’m impressed! Thank you!
