I have been dealing with severe back, neck, and arm pain for the past 3-4 years and have tried PT and acupuncture with no relief. Saw the review on Dr. Kendra and the Gonstead method and I have been wanting to make an appointment for months but has been hesitant due to fear of getting my “neck cracked” I finally was not able to take the pain longer and decided to do a visit. I highly recommend Dr. Alex and his team for prenatal chiropractic care. I saw him the last half of my pregnancy and truly believe that my sessions with Dr. Alex were crucial in me achieving a successful VBAC with thanks to my baby being in an optimal position. Dr Kendra is the best chiropractor I have been to. I've been treated by about a dozen chiropractors with chronic back pain for many years. The Gonstead approach is very detailed and effective. Entire staff is very friendly and they care about their patients. Flexible scheduling is always appreciated as well. Highly recommended.

Dr. Castellanos literally took me from limping and dragging my leg with excruciating pain, to walking, in one day. I threw my back out completely by gardening and bending and lifting improperly. I was completely debilitated with pain and needed assistance getting in and out of bed, walking, everything. In just 2 weeks I am 95% better from getting adjusted by him. I wasn’t a believer in chiro, but being gonstead chiropractors, they are way more knowledgeable and careful with what they’re doing. I highly recommend this facility and doctors. Dr. Kendra has treated me during pregnancy and post partum and she’s been amazing. She is knowledgeable and understands how having a baby takes a toll on your body. I always feel great after an adjustment! The staff is also professional and friendly.
