Concentra Urgent Care

I went into this Broadway location and I liked it. I've been to other locations where it was loud and indifferent staff. It was a good experience. I arrived in the afternoon for a blood draw and the staff was pleasant and it wasn't busy. I was called immediately to get my blood drawn and the phlebotomist was really good, I barely felt the poke. I would go here again.

I came to Concentra for a pre-employment UA and was treated with respect, professionalism and kindness! I would recommend to anyone needing services to stop in, the staff there is really great, it was easy and convenient and they got me taken care of quickly! Thank you Concentra Staff Kolb and Broadway location!

I was only a little cold in the lobby, but that’s expected in a clinic setting. Everything else was smooth going and the front desk Medical Assistant was very efficient and friendly.

Appalling experience. As a physician who has been practicing for over 50 years I am saddened by the attitude and indifference I experienced there. No one introduced themselves on the two days I went to the Broadway clinic. No one wears name badges. I stiil do not know who the doctor that performed my pre-employment exam is. He performed an unnecessary exam of a very sensitive area of my body by ordering me to " drop your drawers and bend over the table." I have never felt so humiliated and disappointed at what this noble profession has become. The young woman who did my EKG was nice enough once she realized I was a highly experienced physician. I would not recommend this site to anyone.

I had a good experience at this urgent care facility. My wait time was about 15 min. I was pleasantly greeted by Front desk John, who explained me the process very well. Medical assistant Amy was attentive, professional, positive and kind, that exceeded my expectations. All employees seem friendly, creating good vibe/environment that made a very good impression on me. Thank you.
