Concentra Urgent Care

I dealt with Mariah MA, she was so kind and professional! We made great conversation and she was very informative about my pre screening process for my new job. Overall this location was one of the best concentras I have been to in years.

I came to this Concentra for my job to do and physical. I have been to plenty but this one the customer service was wonderful. The wait wasn’t as long as others would say. The whole process was completed in under an hour. The people were nice and professional the place was clean when I went to the back one young lady name, Dashae McCray she’s a medical assistant oh my God she was so professional. I felt safe and well taken care of that young lady knows her job. I will recommend my people and friends to go there.

The nurse Who did my TB test was extremely friendly and efficient. When I went back to have the TB test read, I had the same nurse and she again was friendly and efficient Both times I was in and out of the clinic in under 15 minutes

The staff was friendly and attentive my drug test and dot physical were done with the greatest of ease. I was surprised at how quick and smooth the process was. Shout out to the tech and doctor they did a awesome job.

I had an excellent experience with the MA, Shay. She was incredibly professional and knowledgeable throughout my visit. Shay was also very kind and helpful, making me feel comfortable and well taken care of the entire time. It’s clear she truly knows what she’s doing her skills are top-notch. If I ever need to come back, she would be the reason. Highly recommend!
