Concentra Urgent Care

I had a very positive experience at Concentra in Sandy, Utah for a drug screening. The entire process was smooth, professional, and efficient from start to finish. The front desk staff were friendly and organized, and they got me checked in quickly without any confusion. The medical staff were respectful, clear about the process, and made what could have been an uncomfortable appointment feel straightforward and easy. I also appreciated how clean and well-maintained the facility was. Overall, it was a fast, professional visit with great customer service. I would definitely recommend this Concentra location to anyone needing occupational health services.

Facility was very prompt in getting me signed in and in to see physician. I was in and out in a little over an hour. There were others waiting in lobby as well, so I understood. Personnel were polite and on task helping get paperwork in order. I always go to this facility for my CDL medical certification. Quick and easy.

The consistency across providers for federal DOT exam is inconsistent. One could tell you you’re fine and the next time with the same readings and results determine they want more testing or seen more often. Guess I’d say that too to pick up their profit for being forced to be seen more regularly.

I've been here before excellent service, from therapists to front office, and nurses. But this last time "The Dr." He thought he bullied me into agreeing with his diagnosis, which clearly he didn't evaluate. I won't say his name but apparently this not first time people complain. He looked miserable, act like he didn't like his job, "small man syndrome" horrible attitude, we stared at each other while expressing my situation, the energy was real this man is not for people. This location needs to get rid of him.

I go here every time I need a DOT physical, and the staff is very friendly and professional! Mark does a great job and makes you feel like a friend!!! I would recommend them to anyone!
