Concentra Urgent Care

Start when I walk to the front desk to check in they approach me with a smile and a good customer service I really like it, time they call my name the nurse or the lady that do everything, prepare everything for the doctor it’s so amazing and do everything with smile and make sure I understand everything she said even the doctor it was incredible do every check exercise check everything of my body from head to toes I thank you so much for your good amazing job may the good Lord Bless you guys with a very awesome job to make sure is for the safety of our company and safe for others, keep up the good work. Broke my wrist at work. Work likes Concentra for some reason, tells me that’s who they go with for work injuries. I go there. Busy waiting room, but only in that it was almost full- everyone calm and relaxed. I waited after doing paperwork maybe 10 mins, got called back into a room. Then I started meeting a few nurses and my doctor, and by the time my appt was over, I had a glowing impression of Concentra. A bunch of very nice, professional people. Everyone I interacted with that works there were nice and chill and busy and just very personable. Excellent people providing excellent service.

The staff was excellent. Wait time was really longer than expected but I also didn’t have an appointment scheduled. I was a walk-in. I also thought it was amazing that they were open on a Saturday for those who can’t do appointments during the normal week.

I visited Concentra for my pre-employment medical screening and had a good experience. The medical attendant was friendly and explained each step clearly, which made the process comfortable. There was some waiting time before seeing the doctor, but the doctor was professional, respectful, and thorough during the exam. Overall, I appreciated the team’s professionalism and care.

This is the 3rd Concentra I have been to where the front desk staff was dismissive and kind of rude. I work in the same field and I have never, and would never treat people that way. Especially when the mistake was on our end with our people. This Concentra has been, by far, the worst one I have been to, and I am tied in due to an L&I claim........its unbelievable to me that people can be so snobby when dealing with the public, especially people who aren't feeling well.....and still have a job. Having to go back in there for all of my follow ups is disturbing and uncomfortable. People should not have to feel this way about receiving medical care. Especially when its for an injury that happened at work. I showed them the appointment time I was guven, inly to be very rudely told, " Well I do
