I have used this company sparingly for respirator fit testing when our go-to is unavailable for my employees, and unfortunately this will be the last time. My employee was treated rudely during her appointment, and the manager openly yelled at staff about having to retest her. That behavior is completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Respirator fit testing for N95 masks are intended to protect workers from hazardous materials. This is not something that should be rushed or treated as an inconvenience. It is unreasonable to expect someone to “get it right” in one attempt when proper fit is critical for safety and compliance. One mask per session is unreasonable, no one is bringing 25 different masks to try on.. If a company cannot provide respirator fit testing professionally and witho
The first time I went to the clinic, it was a 1.5-2 hr wait and the woman at the desk was somewhat rude when I told her I was there for a simple pre-employment drug screen. I went the next day and same thing from the same woman. I called later that day and spoke to a very nice woman who said those screenings were conducted between 8-11 am only. (Useful info like this should have been provided by the first woman) I came at 7:40am the following day and got in right away.
The lab tech was exceptional! She explained everything that was going on, and handled everything exceptionally professionally. The front desk folks were clearly irritable, and annoyed that I didn't have paperwork, but I'm the person that sends my guys to get tested all the time, and I never send them with paperwork. I kept getting the "well if you don't have all this by this time you're going to have to come back tomorrow". It just wasn't a welcoming atmosphere. They were doing their jobs, they weren't overtly rude, but they weren't exactly nice and welcoming either. But the lab tech was exceptional.
I went in for a DOT along with a coworker. The the fairly short older lady with gray hair, Hispanic I think. She never said or introduced herself. Right off the bat she started ordering me in a tone that was very much disrespectful. Whatever we were doing or going she she was very sharp rude and demeaning. She was even telling me to hurry to put my shoes back. I was going as fast I could. Then when I could not pee right of way she smacked her lips in disappointment. I could not believe how rude she was. Then when I was done I went back out to meet my coworker and right of way explained his horrible experien e with that lady. My complaint had been confirmed. She needs to be restrained with a PR program or something. Not professional at all. Fyi I saw her treat the other people the same way
I arrived at 4:15 PM and was immediately rushed by the front desk staff. Instead of a greeting or asking how they could help, I was told I needed to urinate immediately or they wouldn’t be able to see me because they close at 5:00. I understand closing times; however, there was no signage on the website or in the office stating a last patient cutoff of 4:45. If that is the policy, it should be clearly communicated rather than placing pressure on patients who arrive during business hours. What made this even more frustrating is that after being rushed, I still waited over 15 minutes to be called back—while staff were laughing, chatting, and ordering Starbucks in the back. If time was truly an issue due to closing, that behavior did not reflect urgency or professionalism. The interaction fel
