From walk in to walk out, the staff was courteous and efficient. The front desk never forgot I was there and kept me updated along with smiled and polite conversation. Not only that, the person who gave me my TB test has a wonderful sense of humor and is quite encouraging. The doctor was smart, friendly and helpful. This particular site has a great team.
This is the third or fourth time I have visited this particular Concentra offices, and as always, the staff was very attentive, professional, and helpful. This time I had to wait a little longer than usual, which sometimes happens and is understandable. However, once I was called in, everything moved quickly and efficiently. Overall, it was a good experience and quality service.
Went in for drug test for new job. They were great at explaining things, walking you through registering, and very nice. The tech even warmed the faucet water ahead of time so I could wash my hands in warm water. Very quick and easy visit.
Customer service was wonderful. The experience was great. Went in for a urinalysis testing and everybody was very friendly. Very thorough. I was pretty impressed banded I drug tested for. And DLC for years. I would definitely say that this is a place to go
Ok let me start by saying, I’ve been to other Concentra locations and not at all happy . From staff to facilities were sub standard. This location however was so far and above the others it’s like it’s not even the same company! To start with the cleanliness was immediately obvious. Then the Staff was cheerful and professional, unlike the others ( and I mean all of the others I’ve been to) where the staff acted like they were doing me a favor by even being there. The only reason I’m not giving this facility 5 stars is my wait time , it was about 1.25 hours.. I was there for a random urine test for my company. I’m 64 years old, I always prepare for these tests by drinking water before I show up, at my age I never know if the plumbing is going to cooperate. So I’m usually ready to urinate w
