Concentra Urgent Care

I didn’t have the best initial experience here. The front desk staff had me wait about 1 1/2 hours before I was able to go back because they didn’t update that I had already done my pre-physical paperwork, even though I asked multiple times (there were 3 people in the waiting room when I got there and all of them plus more had gone back). The MA and doctor were wonderful and efficient and got things done quickly. Front desk staff needs better communication but otherwise it was a good experience

My experience here was excellent from start to finish. I expected a long wait, but I was seen very quickly. Ron was absolutely outstanding—he went above and beyond with his care and follow-up. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all of my questions were answered. I truly felt cared for. I highly recommend this location, and especially Ron, for anyone looking for exceptional service. Thank you for the great care!

The pre employment drug screen couldn’t have gone better. In at 8:00am and out by 8:30am. The female at the front desk, didn’t get her name was polite and cordial. Sabrina was the technician who took my sample. She couldn’t have been nicer, she gave me a complete explanation of what she needed me to do. In and out with polite people! Nice job. 👍🏼

My experience sucked. The doctor and nurse who saw me where great. Fast and polite. But they saw me for maybe 5 minutes. I was there for 2 hours and 32mins just waiting. For a simple physical. And its not the first time I've had this experience there. Very poor

i got injured while at work, went to concentra about it where it took them over 8 months to decide they are too incompetent to diagnose my condition and completely gave up on care for me. now i cannot return to work and i have no care team for my injury. this company has single handedly taken everything away from me and now i live with the consequences.
