Concentra Urgent Care

I had a very frustrating experience at this urgent care. The medical assistant was helpful and provided great customer service, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the doctor was extremely rude and unprofessional. I returned with a report from my doctor that clearly provided the exact information he requested, yet he still denied my clearance and told me he “wasn’t going to argue” with me when I tried to advocate for myself. I was left confused and shocked by how I was treated, and he ultimately walked me out as if I had been unruly. The lack of professionalism and respect from the doctor was extremely disappointing.

This place is rated 4 stars? They must have bots doing it for them. This is the most unprofessional walk in or hospital or any establishment for that matter I’ve ever been too in my entire life. I could have done better. The “doctor” Noah is easily no question the worst person you could ever go to if your having any problems and need medical attention. I was telling him about concerns I had with my injury and it didn’t seem to matter to him whatsoever and made me feel stupid and unwelcome. Told the receptionist I needed to use the restroom and she said it would only be about 15 minutes till I was called back. It was closer to 40, then I went to do the urine test, was taken to another area, did an eye exam, was taken to another room where my blood was drawn, was taken to another room where vitals were taken and I was told to wait there for the physicians assistant. It took this zero personality PA 40 minutes to walk into that room. I was there for 2 hours for labs and a 5 minute physical. Absolutely ridiculous.

Went for DOT physical. I was told there was a 90 minute wait which i said fine. I was there for almost 4.5 hours total between waiting room and sitting in my room. The actual interaction was maybe 35 minutes total between drug screen and exam. I finally got to see P.A. (Noah Stifle) and it was like you were a number to him and nothing more. He was very stand off and monotone in nature. I answered questions which he requested names of procedures and surgeries I had done decades ago (1980s) and when I said I could ask someone who knew more about it he said "nevermind" or huffed over my response. I was cleared prior to seeing him by multiple DOT doctors who gave me a 1 year medical card (epilepsy requirement). His exam was a joke. He took less than 3 minutes and came up with a final decisio

Concentra on 75th St in Kenosha staff members are warn, kind, friendly, and efficient. They take the time to explain everything they are doing and make sure you understand, been here more than once and it's always the same treatment. They are awesome!!!!!
