Concentra Urgent Care

The staff altogether was exceptional. From check-in to check out, everyone was professional and very kind and polite ! This means the world to me because I am a stickler for customer service. I don’t care about the company status, but I care about the way they serve me. People have lost a lot of that these days they don’t care about service they only care about making money off of you but not the service that they provide to you. Concerta has been consistent with the service they have provided and I would like to give a Specialshout out to the Front Desk staff, especially Jazz. She is amazing thank you Jazz for making my day and making my visit just that much more pleasant!

Well, the waiting process is very slow long. you sit there for hours waiting on getting a physics or a drug test, etc. but once you get back into the room, the staff is very courteous kind and they do try to expedite you from being out in the waiting room front waiting for so long the young ladies on the front that register you and sign you in they are a wonderful group of young ladies. They're very respectful and they do their best in a timely manner to get everyone in and I had a great experience. Thank you.

My recent experience getting a pre-employment physical was very positive. The wait was minimal, the new facility is really nice. The doctor that I saw was amazing. I wish he could be my primary physician! The staff all were awesome! 👏

Even though it was extremely packed, I was in and out within 25 minutes at the most. The ppl were polite but didn't talk too much. I like that quality in people. But overall, a pretty decent experience.

Came here for screening, it was busy. They are slow and nonchalant and not fair. Everyone i came to meet was seen and left. Now people that came to meet me were being seen and I was still there. Asked the receptionist when I will be seen as Everyone here came to meet me. Said I had 3 people in front of me. 3 people were seen an hour later and it still wasn't my turn. In all waited for about 4 hours just to be screened.
