Concentra Urgent Care

I went to get my drug screening done here and it was amazing how I was taken care of, and the technician that attended me Leticia was wonderful! I was in and out of there and took no more than 15 minutes. I fully recommend this place for drug screenings and any other kind of medical service they offer.

The medical assistant and the doctor were both super professional, courteous and helpful. The best Concentra visit I have had in 20 years, and I have visited Concentra several times. Hardly any wait time. That’s unbelievable!

Very long wait times, but understandable since they were busy. My issue is.. I took my pre-employment drug screen on Monday morning. Normally they will ask you if you're taking any medications, but they didn't. I was told it would take 2-3 business days and someone from the lab would call me to get my prescription information if needed. It's been 6 business days and I haven't gotten a response yet. I've called. My new employer has called. It's getting a bit ridiculous. I should be at work today, but instead, I'm waiting for honestly I don't know what at this point. I feel like the communication and overall processes need improvement.
