Concentra Urgent Care

Staff and my Doctor was Awesome 👌 Even on a Friday after I'm sure was a busy week Still very patience with me!!! So Thanks again To the crew at North Canton Concetra...👍🏿 (PS- I had a bunch of pictures but my phone crashed Saturday night and this is a new one) 😪

Was in for a random DOT drug screen. The waiting room was very clean and bright. The check in staff was pleasant and explained what was needed from me. The text to check in was easy to follow and quick. A short wait to call back. The employee was wonderfully cheerfully and made the entire process nice and easy. From initials to signature. Over all very quick and an easy experience. Thank you!

I feel like Concentra is out for $$$. I've had the same physician who is very detailed and on top of my health but the Physician Asst who is not a licensed dr feels I need a Sleep Study!! It's all a money game. You are able to access my previous 2-yr DOT physicals and I have NEVER had to get a sleep study.. Hire a licensed dr & then maybe I could accept it..

Staff is personable. Had a list of items to complete. Got there at 820 and had everything done within about an hour except actually seeing a Dr. I had to wait in the small room for over an hour until the provider came in. I left at 1130! Ugh I guess it was very busy. Thankfully I'm a patient patient. I almost went nuts though.

Staff were very nice and polite. Helped with any questions I had. Job was done in pretty fast so it wasn’t an all day wait. Been here a few times and always been treated with respect.
