I came in for a workplace injury, and from the very first visit, I received outstanding care. I was immediately greeted by the front desk staff, who were consistently welcoming, professional, and supportive. The entire medical staff was exceptionally attentive, caring, and friendly, and the doctors were truly passionate, thorough, and committed to providing comprehensive, high‑quality medical care. My physical therapist was absolutely outstanding. He provided clear, detailed instructions for each exercise and took the time to explain why we were doing them and how they would support my recovery. Absolutely great! The whole staff was very helpful. Now that I know the concentra is there in Bolingbrook, I will definitely be going back. I usually go to the ones in Chicago. Which are also good to go to. No complaints, just compliments. Appreciate you all.

The wait time is ridiculous. I waited almost 3 hours for a pre employment physical. Staff rude, I asked the women who called me in to speak up when announcing names because no one can hear them each time they come out and announce a name. I should not be hearing staff talk about me outside of the room im waiting in all because I asked some to speak up and I said the wait time is ridiculous.

Very fast. Staff are very polite. Professional with everything. They know the job. Ample parking for cars. Clean facilities. You have to have a phone to do your questionnaire. No paper here. Very good overall experience.

Excellent experience. Had a D.O.T physical. Sarah the physician assistant was very professional and cordial. Had me in and out quickly. Paperwork was done and completed via cell phone. Would highly recommend. Thanks Concentra!!
