Concentra Urgent Care

I went here for my pre-employment medical exam. My 1st encounter with them i spent 3.5 hours total to complete my exam. They sent me home and sent im done. They forgot to get my urine test (drug test) good thing i remember i need to sent urine. 2nd encounter. My employer send me back for my vaccine. It takes 2 hours but no one still approaching me. I gollowed up but still nothing. After 2 hours of waiting i told them ill just go home. 2 hours of waiting just for vaccine is unacceptable. So i went home and their manager called me to reschedule my vaccine and promised me that i dont need to wait for my vaccine. She dont even apologize

The staff were very helpful and polite! Kid friendly and fast paced even though they were short staffed! One of the staff members even let me use her phone and helped with my child while I was getting my physical! They also have snacks, water and interesting programs playing on the tv in the waiting room.

This location and its staff that was on Wednesday 11/26/25 was amazing. I had called up and spoke with a lady 25 min before closing, I said I was on my way and would be there shortly, she didn’t tell me not to come, what she said was e mail the paperwork so it’ll be printed when I get there. I showed up with 15 min till closing the day before thanksgiving. They got me in and out in about 12 min. They did an awesome job taking care of me. They need a raise or a bonus or some sort of recognition.

This was my first time visiting the young lady at the counter was very sweet. She helped me get signed in and informed me of what to expect. The guy who took me back was very professional. My overall impression was the employees are professional and helpful and welcoming. Good job guys.

When I arrived i was greeted and checked in immediately. There was snacks and water. It's a very welcoming environment. 20-30 minute wait which wasn't bad because they had a television with a interesting program on. I'll definitely recommend to a friend.
