I don’t have a medical degree at all. But I feel as if I have enough knowledge of how to take blood pressure I could have taught everyone there. My readings were high. Very high. I went here for my DOT Physical. I have controlled hypertension. I failed my DOT Physical because of the inaccurate BP readings. At home I’m consistently at 120s/80’s. As soon as my name was called I went back and the assistant instantly had me at a heightened alert… everything was RUSHED. She asked I put my clothes and everything in my pockets in the room. I did. She then closed the door and rushed me with a speed walk to the vision testing station. Then she said: “hurry over here” and pointed towards the BP station. Already on high alert, being rushed & white coat syndrome I got a disqualified high reading.

Wasted my time waiting for medical examination as i told the receptionist i will be waiting in the car and when they called me she say we called your name twice and we have been calling your name for half an hour i wasn’t even there half an hour. Said we can’t see you anymore check in tomorrow.

Go early or expect to wait. This is a walk-in clinic, so it’s first come first serve. The first time I went I arrived at 10am and had to wait about 2 hours for my pre-employment physical. The staff was very kind and warned me I would have a long wait as there were five people ahead of me. My most recent visit I arrived at 8:15am, just after opening and I was in and out in an hour. Again, the staff have always been kind and professional, but I also treat them the same. You get what you give.

It’s a bummer to give such a low score. All the medical assistants were so kind and nice, but the doctor and nfp I saw were not good. The nfp told me that my symptoms for my concussion were not severe enough to be admitted to the hospital, so she would not give me any additional time off work despite there being no improvement in my symptoms. If it were not for the ladies at the front desk, the drug screening area and the lady who did my initial intake, the score would be lower.

Truckers be advised,Absolutely the worst!! I was held up from work for 3 weeks not getting paid.Terrible office management. I had had a female examiner that would not sign off on medical card even though I had all my affairs in order for sleep.ap. I watched office workers texting while my forms sat with empty waiting rooms. I’m assuming they cater to a certain type of client. I must not have fit their preferred profiling. I will be filing a grievance with the state
