I was very disappointed with the way I was treated by Dr. Supriya Thirunarayanan, and her staff. They had me schedule several tests without telling me first how much would be covered by my insurance plan...even after I had very specifically asked them find out first. When I brought this directly to Dr. Thirunarayanan's attention, she merely tried to excuse her staff by saying the insurance company's are all different, all the while saying it was HER policy NOT to inform patients of their responsibilities, unless they specifically ask! It was hard to tell how much she actually heard me say, though, because she, repeatedly interrupted me. Further, I suspect she attempted to commit insurance fraud by splitting 2 of the very same tests into separate visits, in order to charge me and my insuran
