Comprehensive Care Practice, East tower, 2nd floor

Good experience here for a general doctor’s appointment. The MyChart app made it extra easy to do all of the paperwork and stuff ahead of time. It’s pretty empty in there and the staff are quick. I had to get blood drawn and that was also a quick and easy process. The doctor walks you through everything to make sure you understand and he answers any questions. They validate parking if you say you need it on the way out. There’s a couple parking lots. Make sure you go into the correct building because there are a ton of buildings in the area.

My Doctor and Nurse is the best. The front desk staff are very professional and polite awesome clinic 😃

I have been coming to Comprehensive Care Practice since 2011. I have had three different doctors and I loved all three of them unfortunately every one of them moved so every time that happened I was very upset and worried I wouldn't have another good doctor but I really lucked out and every time one of my doctors moved and I got another doctor that doctor turned out to be wonderful. The nurses there are absolute angels and so kind and patient with you and the secretaries their angels as well and the environment there is just very welcoming friendly and they really want to help you! I actually haven't been to see a doctor there since my last doctor moved and I just recently called and set up an appointment but I wasn't able to make it so I have to reschedule but now I'm going to be seeing a

I have been going here for one year. There is one nurse that just has you wait for no reason. Constantly talking on a personal level with others instead of taking care of patients first. If you have to wait longer for a urine cup then your doctors visit there is a problem. And attitude if you ask her when you will be able to get a cup and use the bathroom. Overall I do love the clerical staff, my primary doctor and the other nurses. Just the head nurse of urine cups is problem, my opinion. "you think it's a control thing"😗

Dr Ratner is excellent at what she does and how she treats me. The outside staff can be very rude, ignorant and just awful! They don't know how to talk to people. No phone manners they are so bad. They act like they don't want to be there. For heavens sake if you don't know how to work with people YOU SHOULDN'T WORK WITH PEOPLE ESPECIALLY SICK PEOPLE! Forget about going to patient experience they never answer their phone or call you back. While on hold the recording says "Here at J H Bayview we pride ourselves on treating people caring, respect and nurturing they deserve" yes if you get the right doctor but forget the staff doing it.
