Complete Physical Therapy P.C.

My daughter had major knee surgery in July and Gian has been phenomenal with her! Her doctors were impressed at her speedy recovery. While I was accompanying her I decided to get therapy for my lower back. After several sessions my back feels so much better. All the staff is so welcoming and supportive. I am so happy I came to this PT place instead of NYU because the care that my daughter and myself hav received is so personal and we are not just told to do exercises and sent in our way. Gian takes his time with each patient. Wish I could give 10 stars! Thank you so much for everything!

I got so lucky - I chose COMPLETE PT because they were one of the only spots accepted by my insurance, and they turned out to be a total hidden gem. Gian is the sweetest human and more importantly he really knows what he's doing and is happy to answer any question you throw at him. If you're nice to the front desk staff they will do anything to ensure you have a good experience. They always call to reconfirm appointments. And Dorota was lovely as well. Thank you to everyone here, highly recommend <3

Love this place. Gian is great and everyone who works there is knowledgeable. They usually have appointments. The place I was originally referred to was in Manhattan and had a 2 month wait for an appointment (which was a ridiculous 7am cancellation). So glad I found Complete Physical Therapy through a neighbor. This place is a 15 minute walk, has convinient appointment times, and they are always so friendly and accommodating. They also thoroughly checked with my insurance to make sure all services were covered and to confirm my copay BEFORE starting any treatment which was incredibly helpful. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Complete Physical Therapy has been the BEST experience for me! I have been so well taken care of, and I’ve made so much more progress on my healing journey since I started going here. The entire staff is AMAZING, and my visits are often a highlight of my day. Very grateful to have found this place!
