Complete Dermatology-The Woodlands

I took my sixteen year old daughter to see Catherine Campbell, a Physicians Assistant at Complete Dermatology in the Woodlands. She was so patient and thorough. She helped my daughter the most with an acne and a dandruff issue. Catherine was extremely patient with my daughter and took the time to write out some routines for skin care and scalp care. I highly recommend seeing Catherine especially if you are looking for a provider to take the time to explain and troubleshoot with you or your child.

They were very friendly and professional . I did get some treatment done . I would have liked for them to put a gauge instead in my wound .Since the small badge didn’t hold and I got blood all over my shirt .This was the assistant .On the other hand the doctor was very nice and informative.

I scheduled a preventative screening which is 100% covered by my BCBS insurance. I liked the doctor, she was thorough and kind. When I checked out, I asked the lady at the desk about how they code the bill. I wanted to make sure they billed it as preventative. Apparently I said the wrong thing, she got an attitude with me telling me they are going to bill it how they damn well please and she wasn't taking any instructions from me on how to do it. I got a screenshot of their billing and asked to leave the sticky note with the coding from my insurance with the bill. Or even the pre clearance saying it would be 100% covered by BCBS. You'd think I threatened her children by how she reacted. She went off on me! I just knew I was going to have trouble from that point on. Sure enough, they cod

My mom was a first time patient and Dr. Wolf made us feel very comfortable. She has a great bedside manner, very easy to talk to, made sure all our questions were answered before the visit was over. They have a very clean office, friendly staff and I also appreciate that when we arrived about 10 minutes before her actual appointment time, they took us on back before we could enjoy the waiting room LOL. We did not feel rushed. Great experience.
