Complete Care Pharmacy

This is my preferred pharmacy in the area. I’ve worked in customer service; everyone on the team here is efficient, knowledgeable, polite and genuinely seems happy to be there—which is reflected in their consistency. Not to overshadow anyone but shoutout to Eze (apologies if I spelled your name wrong!) for being an overall professional and kind dude. Every single staff member I’ve seen in person or spoken to on the phone has been stellar. I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough. I am an absolute die hard fan of Complete Care Pharmacy! Been going here ever since they opened. Every single person on the team is so kind and helpful and knowledgeable. They make everything so easy and treat you with such care, they’ve helped me with vacation overrides and navigating tricky insurance situations. It’s a much more personal experience than those big name chains which I will never go back to. Can’t recommend this pharmacy enough.

I recently visited this pharmacy, and I can honestly say the service was impeccable! The staff at the front were so attentive and kind — they made sure all my needs were taken care of right away. My prescriptions were filled quickly, and the owner personally went over every single medication with me to make sure everything was correct and clear. What really stood out to me was the extra care they took for my elderly mother. The owner even helped organize her medications into blister packs, which has made it so much easier for her to stay on track. That level of attention and compassion is rare these days, and I’m truly grateful. Highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for a place that truly cares about its patients and goes above and beyond. 🩵

I have been a regular customer since they’ve opened. Complete Care embodies Brooklyn’s small community pharmacies which are an underrated luxury. The proprietor always finds good people. The friendly and conscientious staff tries to make things go seamlessly, liaising with providers and insurance, & contacting patients when it merits. My one ‘complaint’: when my prescription is ready, they blow up my phone 🤣. FR Even when a mistake is made they take care of it, stress free.

I am a very individual with lots of medical issues requiring prescriptions. The pharmacist Sam and Sammie are the best and most knowledgeable pharmacists I’ve ever met! The customer service (especially Efe) is amazing. I prefer to go to this pharmacy over Walgreens or CVS.
