Complete Care at Westfield

The appearance of the facility both outside and inside was very clean. The employees were very courteous and professional as well. The patients seemed well taken care of. A nurse named Tameka went out of her way to make me feel comfortable during my visit. Other staff members were nice and very professional as well.

I have renamed this rehab the " no one noticed rehab". I would not send a person with Dementia to this rehab facility. My father fell around 5 times in this facility. He has Dementia so he would forget that he can't walk . This could have been prevented with more supervision. Another time, My father was dehydrated and no one noticed. I had to come and point out to them that he was acting strange. Shortly after he developed pneumonia which was confirmed because I pointed out to them that he came in without oxygen and now he needed oxygen to breathe and he was given a course of antibiotics. I should not have to point out the obvious. Is common sense. My father's dentures were misplaced and no one noticed until I pointed it out it out to them. It appears no one was cleaning his dentur

The therapists and staff were terrific! Unbelievably nice patient friendly courteous I woukd recommend anyone in need of rehab to come here. Plus it is so clean!

Is Complete Care perfect? No. There are the frustrations you would likely experience at any sub-acute care facility, but those challenges are more a reflection on our country’s inability to provide quality healthcare access to all citizens. But I digress… I find the staff here to be hard working, attentive and kind. They do a very good job caring for what are often very difficult cases. CCW does a very good job in not only managing difficult cases, but also in helping family to navigate the difficult aspects of insurance, Medicare, Medicaid and private financial considerations. Thing aren’t always easy, but CCW is a valued parter in managing difficult situations.

I came here to get rehab and I'm so happy I chose to come here They really helped me gat back to how I used to be. The nurses are caring and helpful. And I also enjoy the food that is served here. All the staff is so nice and make me feel comfortable. Thank you complete care.
