Complete Care at Summit Ridge

If I could possibly give 0 stars I would. This center is not somewhere to send anyone you love and care about. The CNAs are rude and they don’t clean up behind themselves. They will intentionally ignore you and will take hours to assist you. The nurses take their time when you need something important. The halls always smell like urine . There’s been several times I came to visit my sister and found her room filthy and the workers blaming her as if she can do it herself from a wheelchair. She has to change her own dressings because no one finds time to assist her . She wasn’t even given a wheelchair or walker her first 4 days there nor did anyone assist her with getting back and forth from the bathroom. This facility needs an entirely new healthcare team. The front-end staff is amazing; however, the nursing, speech therapy, and physical therapy teams lack compassion and do not seem to care about their patients. I’ve been dealing with this facility for over ten years with a family member and have noticed a major decline in the quality of care. To list a few concerns: physical therapy is not providing any real therapy sessions. My loved one’s body has become stiff, and they are no longer walking or even moving their arms. Speech therapy has placed individuals on a liquid-only diet with no clear medical explanation. As a result, patients are now starving. I was admitted here at summit ridge at first it was tough because it was new for me but the staff was pleasant dariann has helped me if there were any issues and she voiced my concerns when I had some I was on the short term unit b wing and Michelle and Tracyann were my nurses and I trusted them to care for me. Physical therapy has helped me a lot and I forgot the therapy director name but she has helped me recover. Thank you complete care summit ridge.

I stopped bye the facility to visit a friend. I was pleasantly surprise by the cleanliness and the energy of the residence. I can see my friends health improving in the location. The lady Andrea at the front desk is awesome. Her robust and professionally welcoming personality eased my anxiety. Andrea deserves 10 ⭐️ + a RAISE!

I went to visit a childhood friend. From my entrance until my exit the entire staff was excellent. I asked a lot of questions and they were very accommodating. Lastly, I needed to take a bus home but I didn't have any singles. I asked the young lady at the entrance if she could break a 5 dollar bill. She couldn't and apologized and gave me a dollar!! I don't know her name but she was on shift about 15:00. She was very kind. Thank you!!
