Complete Care at Southpointe (Southpointe Care and Rehab Center)

Ive been to many places over the years trying to find the best care for my mom. She is the most important person in the world to me and her care and well being are my top priority. Out of the 13 places I have visited, this place is the best one so far. It is clean, modern, the staff is caring, attentive, and treat patients with dignity and respect. Management listens and shows support when needed, Peter is a great manager and I appreciate his kindness. Many cna’s show genuine care and compassion for the residents/patients. Also nurse Jena, and Enrique are amazing with my mom! Thank you all so much! Means a lot! Keep up the great work!

My mother became a resident of Southpointe in late summer of 2025. The entire staff at Southpointe has been a godsend throughout this entire process. Especially Charmice in the front offices, Peter in the memory care area, Tiffany at the front desk, and nurses Jenna and Lisa just to name a few. Without their help and compassion, I do not know how we could have navigated through this new chapter in my mother's life. It was not easy for my mother to accept this as her new reality at first, but is now again smiling, laughing and making friends again. Thank you to everyone at Southpointe.

The staff has been so helpful both in the rehab side and transitioning to permanent care. Everyone has greeted us with empathy and care, and has kept us in the loop of everything that has been going on with our loved one. My family member has gone from worry to joy, and that is thanks to the care being given.

Went with a friend to see her mom. Rebecca the administrator was wonderful.She answered questions and made her feel at ease with her mom being there. She was friendly and explained everything in detail.

The staff was very caring and kind to our cousin who was in there care for many years. They comforted her with compassion as she passed away. We thank them for their service whole heartedly.
