My Mom needed to have her hearing checked out since it had been awhile. WE were so impressed and elated to have gone to Hearing Life. The patience and information given meant the world to my Mom & for me as well. We feel that Hearing Life has greatly helped us to understand the importance of our hearing & quality of life. We look forward to getting new Hearing Aids.

The young woman that performed my test was excellent. She was professional and pleasant. She went over and above to help me.

I don’t know if I am happy with the very expensive new hearing aids. The jury is still out. I am wearing them at this time and they seem to be working fine. Ask me in a few weeks how they are doing.

I accidentally went swimming with my hearing aids in. It didn’t dawn on me why I was having a hard time inserting my swimming ear plugs the right one seated Eventually but the left one I thought was in correctly but when I heard the off tone at 3:00 PM I knew it was a death tone. I tried charging the left one but would not charge normally. Hearing life said I needed to pay 250.00 for an extended warranty. I figured it would cost somewhere above 200.00. Actually they replaced the entire hearing aid in about 10 days and because it was new I could pay an additional 45.00 for the right hearing aid so that both hearing aids would be at peak longevity. I was grateful that they had an extended warranty beyond the normal 2 or 3 years. Thank you hearing life
