Complete Care at Shrewsbury

This facility is truly a blessing and a gift to the residents of this area and our communities. I am in and out of this place steadily making visits and I find that is operating at a level of perfection from the top to the bottom. Every person there, in every position from front desk, to management, to custodian, to nurses, etc is always friendly, freely smiles, and has genuine concern for the people who are there. I have seen many people experience excellent recoveries there that I know were not doing as well or would not do as well in other facilities. The location is easily accessible, the parking is abundant, the rooms and common areas are well kept, and there is always a nice place to stop off as one is leaving the area after their visit, - from Trader Joes, to the wonderful Public Li

The 2nd floor of this building is much to be desired. With the exception of very few, you will be ignored, no acknowledgments, and without a doubt you can tell they do not even want contact...barely lifting their head to see who was in front of them. I have been a visitor there for my husband, and he was left in his wheelchair hours unend, the call bell unanswered. In addition, there were times when they came to the room, almost disgusted they were disturbed, and never came back. Why would you need to wait 2 hours for a cup of ice? Recovering from Flu A with a heavy, hurtful cough, he needed cough medicine, which he did not receive, when I approached the desk, I was told he needs to ask for it. Highly recommend this well run, clean and compassionate facility where my excellent PT has exceeded my expectations The beautifully renovated 1st floor called OASIS is where you want to be, to find clean and lovely rooms and exceptional nurses and support staff. The Dietary staff have been very helpful adjusting my specific food needs and the food is prepared with attention and loving effort. Come visit to see the bright snd cheerful atmosphere to assure my personal review is accurate and to be believed!
