Complete Care at Regent

I am writing this on behalf of my father, who asked me to help him write a review. He stayed at Regent Care following a serious seizure that resulted in leg weakness and inability to walk. My dad said that he had a very positive stay overall. He especially enjoyed the care he received from physical therapist Renz and nurses Neil and Eileen. He felt supported and well cared for throughout his recovery. My father is in his 70s, and he truly liked his stay, including the food which he ate a lot of and said was very good.

My mother is there for rehab and so far everyone has been excellent. They treat her like a human being, not a piece of meat. My mom is elderly, is a fall risk and has memory problems and they make sure she's not alone when we aren't able to be there with her. I don't worry like I did when she was in the rehab facility we took her out of. I'm grateful to all the nurses and aides who work hard to make my mom's stay there easier on her and pleasant.

Take this as a fair warning- do NOT send your loved one’s here! Doctors and nurses are incapable and not knowledgeable, it’s pure negligence!! My grandfather was in for 2 weeks and never once did the doctor speak to our family and provide updates on his condition. It’s always an excuse for any concerns you raise. Nurses don’t even know his diagnosis or what’s going on. My grandfather had a huge infection on his skin in feeding tube- when we insisted it was infected doctors and nurses swore it wasn’t. Of course until another neglect, where his stitches were supposed to be taken out never were, doctor began to take our stitches and so much puss came out- then doctor says oh you’re right it’s an infection. We are not nurses or doctors and we could simply see it’s an infection yet the medical

I had a close family friend stay at Regent recently. The staff was very professional, kind and helpful. I truly appreciate their professionalism and care during a stressful time. She received the care she needed and was able to recover from surgery in a peaceful and caring environment.

My experience at this subacute facility has been outstanding. The nursing staff consistently go above and beyond, not only with their clinical expertise but with genuine compassion and kindness. They treat patients with dignity and respect, always taking time to listen, explain, and provide comfort. What stood out most to me was the warmth and patience they showed, making a challenging time so much easier for both patients and families. Their dedication and teamwork create an environment that feels safe, supportive, and truly caring. I’m deeply grateful for their professionalism and compassion.
