Complete Care at Prospect Heights

The receptionist was knowledgeable and very helpful. There is a sign in and sign out protocol which is easy. Finding rooms was not hard at all. The place was extremely clean with a cozy atmosphere. Nurses were helpful. Very nice place for recovery.

I visited Prospect Heights Rehab today after not being there for some time and was very impressed. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and I appreciated being able to speak with the social worker without an appointment. Overall, a very good experience.

I just stayed for 6 weeks in complete care at prospect heights in Hackensack . My stay was wonderful!! Every nurse, CNA, PT/OT, kitchen and maintenance staff member were so personable and friendly. It felt comfortable and safe my entire stay. I definitely recommend this facility!

My time at complete care prospect heights was extremely positive. Everyone from side, therapy, nurses and Romina and the rest of the administrators were professional, knowledgeable and very caring. This was my second visit here because my first visit was so helpful.

This is the second time my mother has been there in 5 years the first time was very good and she received excellent care of physical therapy and was home she is there currently now and hopefully we anticipate the same care and physical therapy and service she received before this is why we chose this place so I'm just hoping that she comes home as strong as she did last time she's a very resilient woman but a tough old lady but your staff seems well equipped to handle the situation thank you so much and please take good care of my mother
