Complete Care at Orange Park

My recent visit to see my brother on the third floor was extremely concerning. His room had a broken toilet with waste left inside, and the entire floor smelled strongly of urine. While the lobby looks clean, the upper floors did not reflect the same standard. Cleanliness and maintenance should be consistent throughout the entire facility.

My relative was sent here after being dicharged from a hospital. We were told that Complete Care was a really nice nursing home. Looking at their website, you might agree. But the website gives a false narrative of the facility. I do admitt that the lobby is beautiful and looks just like the photo on the website, but the rest of this place is disgusting, rundown and smells so bad. The room assigned to my relative was dirty, the window sill's paint was chipped and the concrete was destroyed. There was a gap between the window and air-conditioner that was stuffed with an old shirt. It was so bad, my relative signed themself out, but left a few things behind. 24 hours later I came back pick up the items. I happened to pass by the room they had been in and it had not even been cleaned. The b

I give this place five stars the reason why I give it that is because I had an issue that they helped me with so much. The staff is good the owners are good they go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable and if you have an issue you go to them and they make sure it gets solved. They take time to make sure you're okay the staff is good and the owners are awesome. They make sure you are happy they take care of you they make sure things are good and you're comfortable in your situation. Thank you complete Care don't stop doing what you are doing because you are a awesome place I would highly recommend this place to others thank you very much. My father in law was just transferred here from university hospital. The website looks like a brand new updated facility, however the patient rooms are disgustingly dirty, outdated and gross. It looks like they haven't touched them since the 1980s. Tgis is false advertising to the max.
