Complete Care at Ocean Grove

Since my previous visit at Complete Care, the quality of the environment for the clients seems improved. When I went to visit my friend I immediately noticed the the hallways didn't have an off-putting smell. I found my friend in the first floor enjoying music with an activities person. When it was time to return to their room an enthusiastic associate engaged with the clients and assisted them back to their room. I also noticed an increase in the amount of staff on my friend's floor. It's a tough job and takes a special individual to do this kind of work. Kudos to the improvements since my last visit. I also appreciated a call back from an administrator after my first visit. It appears the changes that they implemented seem to be working to improve conditions.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Complete Care at Ocean Grove as a vendor, and it’s always a great experience. The staff is amazing—friendly, professional, and truly wonderful to work with. You can really see how much they care about their residents. The atmosphere is warm and positive, and I always look forward to returning

I've seen better food served to those at shelters. Based what I see, their 1-star reviews, this seems about the quality a person staying there and expect. Queue the "We're sorry this didn't live up to your expectations reply" instead of any actual commitment to up the standards provided to people. Instead of replying with your boilerplate apology, how about the contact information for your patient advocate / ombudsperson? That would be a start.

Your family member means nothing to them remember that. The social workers provide zero kind of help organizing the care for when they are discharged. No kind of guidance as to how to apply for an aid or a long term care facility. They give zero help! Not only was the care beyond poor..leaving them in soggy diapers and the odor in the facility is deplorable, they can’t even guide in the after math. Why even have social workers??

I had a positive experience while visiting with a loved one. Not all care facilities are created equal when it comes to staffing. The staff at Complete Care were very kind.
