Complete Care at Myers Park

This facility has moved forward in strives. The therapy team has proven to exemplify excellent results. The wound team received an excellence award for their outcomes and has an amazing certified treatment nurse. As any other facility its growing and developing all while making necessary alterations. As a collective the clinical and dietary team continues to move forward with providing care and reasonable accommodations.

The place is not great. First floor smells of cigarettes all the time because of the residents smoking outside.Second floor smells of urine. They treated my mom horrible. Some of the nurses are nice while others had a nasty attitude. My mom roommate was horrible. Would not recommend. Only good thing was her getting therapy.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The management team is unprofessional and the place is a dump. It reminds you of a jail but jail is more sanitary. They do not care about their patients just as they don’t care about their employees. If you want to send your loved one somewhere you can trust they’ll be taken care of this is NOT THE PLACE. Complete Care at Myers Park is all about the $$$$$.

My father was placed here less than 2 months ago. He has already been hospitalized twice! I routinely speak by phone to him 1-2 times/day. Since he has been there I call 1-4 times daily. I have successfully spoken to him twice!!! I got a HORRIBLE report from my brother & step-mother yrsterday. My father , who isn't even over pneumonia, was on his side, in fetal position , mouth FULL of food, laying flat, EXTREMELY drugged up & something (possibly food) sticky all over his face!!!!! They said the room was filthy!!!! Christmas presents I sent to him (i have delivery confirmation for Dec.22 at 11:29) still have not been given to him!!!!! He isn't allowed a land line in his room, someone was SUPPOSED to call me back with instructions on how to get him an acceptable cell phone & never has

Staff members are friendly and caring! Located close to Atrium & Novant hospitals. Distinct rehabilitation unit for short-term stay for recovery from illness or injury & a newly opened secured memory care unit for residents with skilled level care needs!
