Complete Care at Meriden

My Father has been a patient at Complete Care for months, and there's one person who has made all the difference, and that's Crystal. Whenever she's working I know my Dad is in great hands, and I'll be able to sleep knowing she's there.The best part is my Dad loves her! I cannot say enough kind words about her. She shows up everytime for her patients with a huge smile on her face. She's patient, understanding, and most of all she respects a patients dignity. Our family just loves her! Crystal, thank you for all you do! YOU are a rockstar!

The most important part of Complete Care is it's employees. One of those awesome employees is Malaine. She has an amazing attitude and is always ready with a big hug and smile, and a listening ear when needed. Thank you Malaine for all you do!

My Mom was transferred from St Marys Hospital to Complete Care in Meriden today. When I arrived, the people were accommodating. The facility was clean and the food served was good. My family was pleased with our initial visit. I’ll be looking forward to see what physical therapy my mother will receive this coming week.

I showed up unannounced. I wanted the best for my dear husband. I think I found it. The administration director Lisa took me on tour showed me physical therapy and the short term rehab unit. The unit was bright and very clean. The staff was quite nice.

My Mother was at Complete care recovering from a fall. Her care there was such a great experience. The staff was so attentive to her ever need. Especially the administrator Lina , so involved with my mother's recovery. Making sure she was well cared for and comfortable. My family was impressed with Lina's professionalism and knowledge. Also the facility was organized and clean.
