Complete Care at Kresson View

Wonderful staff. Especially for the parent who likes to wander. Kinder people than Advance Subacute Rehab Ctr on Salina road who De-conditioned my mom after first day there. Kresson View is better staffed to take care of their patients!

Complete Care Kresson View appears to be a very large 240 bed facility with staff and residents that are both receiving the support system they need to have to function effectively. The ADON and upper management ensure the nursing staff have access to all the equipment, technology, and support they need to make sure they can perform their jobs with effective, safe, and excellent care. From the sub acute rehabilitation floor to the LTC on 2nd 3rd and 4th floors, patients receive the care they need to live within a facility that can proficiently provide the 24 hours nursing they require. Wonderful job to all the staff and residents at Complete care of Kresson View!

My mom is in long term care here. Not only have they gotten her to be social, she's always super clean! She has incontinence problems and can't walk very far. They are all doing a great job and my mom isn't always easy☺️ thank you ladies!

EVERYBODY IS SO NICE AND HELPFUL TO MY HUSBAND. I WOULD RECOMMEND KRESSON VIEW TO ANYONE. Tom had to go back to rehab after another hospital stay. We didn't hesitate to choose Kresson View again.

This place is horrible, but based on your financial situation, may be the best you can get. My brother has been there for a year. He is incontinent and can take up to 2 hours for anyone to come after putting his light on to be changed. Meals? Hah! I’ll concede that my brother is a bit of a picky eater. But they receive a slip with each meal saying what’s “supposed “ to be on the tray!🤣 My brother and I make a game out of it. Coffee? Yes. Cream and sugar? No, even though on the slip. And sometimes he gets cream and sugar, but no coffee! Food? Often not what ordered (but on that slip) and most often cold. Cutlery? Only when they feel like it. And I could go on and on about other things!!!!
