Complete Care at Holiday City

My husband food had to be chopped and never done. If you decide to put your love one in this facility make sure you are present daily. My husband could of aspirated on his food. Pull ups are not changed daily. Spoke to the director 2 times and said he would look into my concerns. I even took pictures to backup my concerns. Next thing I know husband is being discharged. I did report them to the board of health and the OMBUDSMAN. Bathrooms are not cleaned daily feces by the toilet etc I feel that nothing is going to be done about my concerns but I will keep up my concerns. If you can bring your love ones home and hire someone or find a good agency Good luck

Building seems to be in disarray, construction going on everywhere. Spoke to some patients in the lobby while waiting to tour and they said the construction has been going on for months. I cannot comment on the care as I have chosen to send my family member to a different facility. There were plenty of nursing staff in the halls when I toured which was nice to see. I am leaving a review as the interaction I had with the admissions woman Pat was disheartening. She was cold, became very short with me quickly. It seemed I was frustrating her and she just didn’t want to deal with me. When leaving I stopped and talked to the patients I had become friendly with and they said that is how she is with patients as well. I suggest management give her some training if this is who they want as the face

The most amazing Professionals at the most extremely difficult time of my life with my beautiful Mom. From the Admissions Office Pat,Social Worker Jack, Front desk, The Supervisor Nurse Tina and her amazing Team of nurses and aides, The Therapy Team, and the Nurse Practitioners Sam & Kaitlyn at Complete Care at Holiday City. Thank you ALL so much for your professionalism, compassion, kindness, hard work, empathy, loyalty, & dedication. We are truly grateful for comforting my Beautiful Mom and my family at the most extremely difficult time of our lives.

Keep in mind today is 38 degrees with a low of 17 degrees. There hasn’t been heat in this building for weeks on end. They have big industrial space heaters placed around the building, one for each hall to be exact. The patients are freezing in their rooms. A lot them have auto immune issues, so they have problems regulating their body temperature. Many patients have arthritis or osteoporosis bone diseases so weather like this is brutal on them. It’s no way the owners and CEO don’t have the right funding to fix this problem. Workers are walking around in coats while doing patient care. I know one day we all have to answer to someone I pray whoever it is these people answer to have no mercy on their souls.

This facility is the best rehab I have been to. The therapy department got me moving again and the nurses and the aides were so kind and caring the administrator Riten was always there to help. I would definitely recommend this to someone needing care.
