Complete Care at Heritage

The aids that take care of the patients are very professional and understanding. The business department has always answered all of my questions and are extremely helpful. Drs seem to really want to help the patients needs

The facility was extremely clean and smelled good. It was nicely decorated for the upcoming holiday of Halloween 🎃. The resident appeared to be very happy and well taken care of. The staff very polite and greeted me with smiles. I enjoy my visit.

These people took my handicapped father and sent him to an "assisted care" facility where they put him in a non wheel chair accessible 2nd story house, where he was starved and left alone without his medications or any help! He ended up falling going to the bathroom because there were no grab bars and he couldn't even fit his chair in the bathroom! He is now in Sinai hospital in the extended stay wing due to malnutrition and the condition he was in when 4 of baltimores finest firefighters had to carry him from the facility! This place is horrible.

I want to thank the staff for all they are doing for the residents here at complete care heritage. My brother is a resident here and the caring staff are awesome. All (medical team, cnas, food services, business offices, janitorial services, activities staff, physical therapist team, etc.) should be applauded for their hard work, diligence to details, quality of care and service to all residents. Its a very challenging job to care for those who are limited to care for themselves. The staff here are always smiling and responsive to residents needs. Very hard workers. I in particular would like to thank certified nursing assistant "t" for her continued care of my brother in room 132. I am completely devastated. I was brought here after become infected with MRSA and having my foot amputated and in dire need of IV antibiotics when I arrived, I was sent to a room divided by one sheet A and B. I’m so sorry for the residence there as I was literally put on top of another patient. There were no showers in the room only a bathroom with a toilet and a sink for four handicap people to use mind you. I have MRSA at that very moment when my wheelchair would not even fit through the entranceway of that room with my belongings, having nowhere to go but a small bedside table with two drawers six weeks was my stay. I became extremely upset that they are putting the other patient in harms way and not keeping me separated with contact orders zero privacy. The patients were receiving din
