Complete Care at Bayshore

CC @ Bayshore is like a 5 star hotel. My family member is comfortable, the staff is wonderful, the facility is clean and fresh. I give 5 stars, but CC @ Bayshore may need 10 stars from what I see! I will have a new update soon. Be on the lookout for it...

Reviews must absolutely be fake. This is no “5 star hotel” my mother’s room was cleaned weeks ago and never again according to sign in her room. Nurses leave patients screaming. Nurses barely speak English and don’t understand what you are saying, you barely understand them. Everyone there is nasty and DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS. the food is disgusting and they feed you the same portion I feed my 7 year old. They claim to be busy but if you walk in half of them are laughing and talking in the hallway by the desk. No one says hi no one says how are you. I think the worst rehab center in NJ would be appropriate title for this facility.

Absolutely should be shut down. REVIEWS ARE HERE FOR YOU.. STOP IGNORING THE TRUTH. This place doesn't do squat. You put your loved one in this place to get better, only for them to get worse. My mother went in cheerful ready to be helped and excited to be accepted to this place. Only to be back in the hospital with a major infection that there PA didn't catch. The PA isn't a physician's assistant it stands for pathetic assistant. You can't tell someone is sick, the person in the next bed has to say something. And let me tell you that the social workers have absolutely no clue how to help with any assistance for when they get home . But wait, you don't go home YOU DIE.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. I have no idea where these positive reviews are coming from. The neglect is like nothing I have ever seen before. I thought rehab was supposed to get you back to where you were before an incident but at Bayshore they will do the opposite. They will put you in diapers, destroying your bladder, because they don’t care to walk their patients to the bathroom. You will not be able to move at all except for the times the PT workers come in for a half hour, and expect to hear unanswered screams of pain from other patients. Everyone working at this facility has clearly forgotten that one day they will age because the way they treat their patients shows they have no regard for human dignity. The nurse Michelle and the aide Christian are wonderful! They both have a heart of gold and have taken super good care of my mother. Complete Care at Bayshore is lucky to have them on staff. They are thoughtful, kind, gentle and thorough.
