Competent Nursing Agency

This place is incompetent. Yes, they will get you placed in a home near your location but not at the pay you expect even as an experienced CNA. You will be paid less at a horribly staffed facility and you may never hear from Competent after that. They don't follow up with you after you're placed to hear how you are managing because they don't care. And don't even bother calling in the office , because 9/10 you wont get anyone at all. For RNs and LPNS, these facilities is great because they pay above market rate, but for CNAs , you are better off as a direct-hire.

This place is completely unprofessional. They NEVER answer the phone. Whoever JOE is he is horrible and rude. You will be waiting to get placed for seems like YEARSSSSSSS. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM AT ALL !!!!! Horrible establishment !

Once you call they’ll say call back later everything is call back later. they all sound sleepy and tired of their jobs.
