5****++++ rating! ⭐️i have complex health needs and am on OHP. what a GIFT to have discovered Compass Proactive Health.💜 i have been committed to holistic health care for 30+yrs. i have seen tiffany for acupuncture, and christi for PT. they are two of the most skilled and heart centered practitioners i have ever worked with. i am noticing reduced pain and inflammation; improved energy flow & general well-being; and improved strength and balance. the scheduling/administrative systems are easy to navigate . I hope to work with shane (and fae) soon to continue health improvements. ⭐️ i give my highest recommend to achieve optimal health and well-being ⭐️

Fae helped me tremendously with my pain and mobility challenges. Their expert understanding of body systems combined with targeted massage techniques provided relief that traditional methods and therapies hadn’t achieved. They not only helped to alleviate my discomfort but also improved my range of motion and overall physical function. Their compassionate approach and deep knowledge make them an invaluable partner in healing and restoring movement. I highly recommend their services.

I had never had acupuncture before so I had no idea what to expect. I immediately felt safe and at home in this clinic. Not only does the office set up have a warm, welcoming, and healing vibe, but Tiffany walked me through what to expect and how acupuncture can benefit so much of my health. And she is incredible at it! Each time I go to her I leave feeling so much more relaxed than when I came in. I’ve noticed a huge change in not only my physical issues, but releasing so much of my daily stress. I had always been weary about needles but I had rarely ever felt her putting them in! Tiffany is a very personable provider who not only listens, but takes time to understand what’s going on and empathizes. 10/10 recommend

Shane has worked with me setting my health goals. He asks great questions and gets you to think about your why. Tiffaney is amazing at massage and acupuncture. I always feel so much better after a session with her. LOVE Compass Proactive Health Care!
