I love this place, it's like having family take care of your medication. She calls you, will take your insurance company to task when they're not being fair, and is incredibly warm. Best of all, it's a block away. And to address some of the old reviews, supporting small businesses means sometimes they can't be as consistent about hours. This doesn't bother me because it comes with acknowledging that the people who help me are human beings with unpredictable lives, just like the rest of us. That being said, I've never had any issues with this pharmacy with respect to time.

As others have said, never open at the time listed and never answer the phone. The lady who works here is friendly and helpful but at the same time I've tried to come on days when I really need to aquire specific items and/or pick up medication and they're not open, I'll come back hours later and they're still not open. I've come certain days, no specific day of the week, and multiple times they didn't even open for the day. This is unacceptable and irresponsible and as an established business, there should be rules as to when a time is listen to open they should adhere to that and not just do as they please. Something should be done about this but of course I'm doubtful that it will change EVER. HAD THEY BEEN CONSISTENT AND RELIABLE I WOULD'VE GIVEN 5 STARS BECAUSE AS I'VE SAID THE LADY W

I’m on day THREE of not being on medication that requires i be on every day or i get severe withdrawal symptoms. It’s 11:09 & the hours say it opens at 10. They come in when they want to like it’s not a medical establishment. I have lost money because I’ve had to leave work and cancel work my withdrawal symptoms are so bad. I regret the day i decided to use them.

I absolutely adore the lady there, she’s so nice and friendly. There’s no wait time, I’m usually in-and-out in less than 2 minutes
